Challenges

The client, a prominent player in the Indian banking sector, faced significant challenges in transitioning from a cumbersome and time-consuming FoxPro-based system to a more efficient electronic system.

The primary challenge was to develop a flexible solution capable of adapting to evolving business strategies and generating payouts for employees across 52 different roles in various business segments. Additionally, the dynamic nature of business rules, changing quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly, added complexity to the requirement.

Solution

In response to the client's challenges, we devised a comprehensive solution leveraging the latest Microsoft technologies. A web-based platform was implemented, featuring user-friendly interfaces for all modules including Role Master, Role-Parameter-Target Master, SoP Process, Score-card, Search-Your-Business, and Upload Controls.

This solution not only addressed the immediate needs of performance evaluation but also provided scalability and adaptability to accommodate future changes in business strategies and regulations.
