Mr. Mukesh Thumar

Managing Director & CEO

Mukesh Thumar is the founding Promoter and Director on the Board of the Company since incorporation and was re-appointed as Managing Director & CEO w.e.f. January 1 2024. Mukesh has scaled the firm into a notable name within the Indian Banking, Finance, and Insurance sectors. His experience spanning Indian and global markets has enabled Paramatrix to evolve as an institution known for its international standard service offerings and unwavering quality.

Holding an executive education programme from Harvard Business School and a Diploma in Computer Engineering from Mumbai University, Mukesh's academic prowess complements his strategic business acumen.

Mukesh's contribution to the IT ecosystem isn't limited to Paramatrix. As a former member of NASSCOM’s Western Regional and National SME Councils and a Limited Partner at Cornerstone Venture Partners, a tech-focused venture fund, his influence in the tech space is significant.

Mrs. Bhavna Mukesh Thumar

Executive and Non-Independent Director

Mrs. Bhavna Thumar is the founding Promoter and Director on the Board of the Company since incorporation was re-appointed as Executive Director w.e.f. January 1, 2024. She completed her Bachelor’s in Commerce from Saurashtra University in 2001. She has almost 20 years of experience in finance and administration management at Paramatrix. She is involved in financial decision making, budgeting, financial planning and administration management at the company.

Mr. Mahesh Goriwale

Executive Director

Mahesh Goriwale is an integral part of Paramatrix’s Board of Directors, serving as Executive Director. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai and a Master's degree in Information Management. With extensive experience in the IT industry, Mahesh excels in delivering innovative IT solutions for the BFSI sector, focusing on capital markets and banking.

With over 24 years of extensive experience in the IT industry, Mahesh has consistently delivered innovative IT solutions for the BFSI sector, particularly in capital markets and banking.

At Paramatrix, as the Executive Director and Delivery Head for key accounts, Mahesh oversees Solution Architecting, Business Analysis, Database and Data Warehouse Design and Project Delivery at Paramatrix. His leadership drives the successful execution of critical projects, ensuring strategic outcomes and client satisfaction.

Mr. Abhishek Agrawal

Independent Director

Mr. Abhishek Agrawal is the Independent Director of the Company. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has also completed CFA Level 3 from CFA institute. He has over 8 years of experience in the field of finance and Investment Banking. He has been on our Board since January 16, 2024.

Mrs. Sangita Bhamesh Kamble

Independent Director

Mrs. Sangita Kamble is the Non-Executive and Independent Director of our Company. She has completed her B Com from the University of Bombay. She has also passed CA Intermediate Examinations held by ICAI. She has also passed all sections of Uniform CPA Examinations and AICPA's Ethics Examination held by American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, USA. She has over 2 decades of experience in the field of Finance, Accounts and Financial reporting. She has been appointed as Independent Director w.e.f. January 1, 2024 to comply with Corporate Governance requirements.

Mrs. Shivani Shivshankar Tiwari

Independent Director

Mrs. Shivani Tiwari is the Independent Director of our Company. She has completed her B Com and M Com from Mumbai University. She is also a qualified Company Secretary. She has over 5 years of experience in the field of Secretarial and Legal Compliances. She has been appointed as Independent Director w.e.f. January 1, 2024 to comply with Corporate Governance requirements.
