CCMS is a web browser based application and is built to help a user enter call logs, sales order requests, product details, courier details, doctor details and payment details in an organised manner online.

Call centre executives speak to their customers over phone and record necessary information, based on this they generate a call log which is then assigned to a product services team, this team gets an alert from the system to check inventory, cost and delivery details and if available allocate it to a respective courier agent for delivery. Once delivery is complete this call gets closed. Hence CCMS provides our customer with an end-to-end solution for their business.

An intuitive and high load capable interface is built to provide users with quick results and answers to their queries. A reminder module, calendar module and MIS module helps further with this cause.

CCMS is a thin client based solution used by 50+ users across India and is developed using technologies like Java, AJAX, and Oracle 9i.
